spanish thanksgiving
Being as extravagantly observed as they are, the thanksgiving holidays were a lot of fun for us. As usual, the break didn't seem to be long enough. My brother hosted this year so there was less work to do (as well as less expense). The next day we did the customary practice of insane shopping. It was fun.
On Saturday, however, my sister Emelie decided to hold a smaller, more intimate, 'Spanish' dinner, with just the usual suspects in attendance. I didn't get any pictures for thanksgiving, but I got some from the Spanish dinner. Here they are.
The Precious first, before anything else.
E prepared an assortment of tapas, with a paella being the main course. This photo was before all was prepared and before the guests arrived.
And a close-up of one of the tapas
And the guests arrive...
The usual suspects.
I didn't get a picture of the nephew. But I did get the niece.
