colfax hike
Friday would have been a great day to ride my bicycle with the club, but I happened to have an appointment with the water softener guy for routine maintenance.
So the only adventure I have to share this weekend is our hike along Stevens Trail in Colfax.
The beginning.
"There was a crooked man..." It may seem that I tilted the camera, but no, the trees actually had grown diagonally. Note how the path is level.
"Even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these..."
Waterfall. One nice thing about this trail is the many streams we had to cross, many beside small waterfalls such as this one.
